when you receive query through internet or sms you get the time and and date of the origin of such query. That gives better results as the world is becoing a smaller and more cohesive palce. With the advancement of communicatin systems, you can not expect any one or everyont to come to you in person. Hecne take the time, date, and place of the person who is asking the question.
